i have made this cheesecake three times. it is incredibly creamy & full of vanilla flavor.
the only tip i would provide is to make sure your springform pan is tall enough to accommodate. this makes a lot of batter. if it fills your pan, you are going to run into trouble as the cake rises quite a bit.
i like that this cake provides a sweet & tangy topping as you can cover any cracks that may occur while baking.
